I take a holistic, individualized approach to therapy, addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Grounded in humanistic and person-centered principles, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported.

I incorporate evidence-based practices from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help build practical skills, overcome challenges, and foster meaningful change—all tailored to your unique needs, goals, and values.

Individual and family psychotherapy visits.

Home Health: In person visits serving North County San Diego (Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista and San Marcos). I will meet you in the comfort of your own home. These visits are intended for those with mobility limitations and barriers to transportation.

Telehealth options for all residents of California.

  • I am In-Network with Medicare. For all other insurance carriers, I am considered an out-of-network provider.

    You may have out-of-network benefits depending on your insurance and specific plan, that will allow you to submit directly to your insurance to be reimbursed for a portion of the cost. If you have out-of-network benefits that you choose to use for services, all fees must be paid up front.

    I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please inquire with your insurance company for more details to find out if your plan offers reimbursement for out-of-network providers.

    Sliding Scale Fee Policy
    I offer a limited number of sliding scale (reduced fee) spots in my practice to help make therapy more accessible for those experiencing financial hardship. These spots are available based on need and current availability.
